OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY 

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we encourage you to call us directly at 802/457-4677 if you have any difficulties. But the nature of online shopping is that sometimes your purchase will need to be returned or exchanged. We will do our best to make it right. 

If you need to return or exchange any item (excluding Laura's Loft items. See below**** for Laura's Loft instructions.) please call us at 802/457-4677. If you reach us after hours there will be another number to call for help. Don't hesitate. We want to help you. 

In general, we accept returns for refund when you contact us within 10 days of receipt of your shipment. If you think you are running out of time please call us to extend. Returns initiated more than ten days after receipt will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

If you have an exchange for size or color only in the same dollar amount as the original purchase, we offer one courtesy return with no further charge for shipping or handling on non-discounted items.

****Laura's Loft items may only be exchanged for size or color as available. Store credit will be issued if exchange is not available. Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to us within ten days of receipt. If you think you are running out of time give us a ring for instructions. Sorry, no courtesy returns or free shipping on Laura's Loft items.
