OUR RETURN POLICY If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason,(excluding Laura's Loft purchases, See below****) you can return your items for a refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within fifteen days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than fifteen days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for size or color only in the same dollar amount as the original purchase, we offer one courtesy return with no further charge for shipping or handling on non-discounted items only. ****Laura's Loft items may only be exchanged for size or color or store credit if exchange is not available. Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to us within 10 days of original purchase. If you think you are running out of time give us a ring for instructions.
